An end-of-summer alleycat race to see this sweltering season out the G.D. door: one last gasp before fall. Runners at the start will get a manifest of checkpoints and challenges, for which they'll need knowledge, fortitude, cunning and fortune to complete successfully. Distance will vary by the course you chart, your ability and strategy. No wait list, no day-ofs, no favors. Spots are gone when they're gone, so get 'em while they last.
